We provide: SGS test reports (mold growth rating, REACH SVHC, DMF content), REACH compliance declaration, DMF-free declaration, and product specification sheets. All documents are available upon request.

Yes. We supply anti-mold products to footwear factories in Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and other manufacturing countries. We can ship directly to your factory or distribution center.

Standard export shoe boxes usually need one A505 chip or one C304 bag. Boots and large boxes may need two. For high-risk materials (suede, genuine leather) or long transit routes (30+ days), pair chips with desiccant for dual protection.

A505 anti-mold chips provide vapor-phase mold protection for up to 6 months in a sealed shoe box when stored cool and dry (unopened shelf life on the product label). SGS tested: Grade 0 mold growth over 28 days.

Yes. Chip count per pack, custom bag sizes, private label printing, and branded packaging are available. Contact us with your specifications for a custom quote.

Anti-mold chips release vapor-phase compounds that inhibit mold spore germination. Desiccant absorbs moisture but does not inhibit spores. For best results, use both: desiccant to control humidity + anti-mold chips to suppress germination. See test data.

Every production batch undergoes in-house QC testing for active compound concentration, release rate, and packaging integrity. Mold growth testing is conducted in our lab. SGS provides independent third-party verification.

Yes. We assess mold risk based on shoe material, packaging, transit route, and duration, then recommend chips, bags, and/or desiccant. See also our full-process mold prevention service.
