Q: Can existing mold stains be removed?

No. Treatment kills surface mold and stops spread. Discoloration and material damage stay. Mold-damaged pairs usually cannot ship at the original grade; isolate them before deciding rework or write-off.

Q: Can we load immediately after treatment?

Only after verification. We re-check odor and visible spread and advise what can ship. Clean lots can follow the pre-shipment inspection; damaged lots must not be mixed.

Q: Is emergency treatment free?

No. Audits and humidity tests are usually included for cooperating customers. Warehouse treatment uses equipment and on-site labor and is quoted by scope. Starting at Stages 1–3 costs less than treating after the fact.

We treat the space with the P303 machine, isolate contaminated stacks, verify the result, and issue a reinforced prevention plan. Treatment stops further growth. It does not reverse stains or material damage. Starting Stages 1–3 before production is far more effective than emergency treatment.
